Google's free Gmail service offers a vast amount of free storage space, and the fact that it is a Google service means that few organizations block it, and you can access it from nearly anywhere. If you are a happy Gmail user, you may wish that you could access your other email accounts through the Gmail interface rather than using software such as Microsoft Outlook 2007. By creating a forwarding rule in Outlook, you can automatically forward incoming messages to your Gmail account and access your mail from one place.
Step 1
Open the "Tools" menu at the top of the Outlook 2007 window, then select "Rules and Alerts."
