Your company's Facebook page is an extension of your business and may be the only way some customers have to stay in contact with you. Because the page reflects on your company, it's important that you maintain the same standards and ethics as you would for the rest of your business. Just as you wouldn't want a customer screaming expletives in your office, you don't want Facebook users posting offensive comments on your page. Facebook understands this and makes it easy to delete offensive content. You can even use Facebook's blocklisting tools to help prevent future offensive content.
Existing Content
Step 1
Log in to your Facebook page as an administrator. You need administrator-level control to delete posts from the page.

Step 2
Navigate to the "Recent Posts by Others" box if the offensive content was in the form of a wall post. If you don't see the offensive content in the sampling of posts that Facebook shows, click the "See All" link. Click the small "X" icon in the corner of the post you want to delete. Click "Delete" or "Delete and Ban User" to prevent the individual from posting on your page again.
Step 3
Navigate to the offensive post or photo if it was posted as a comment to content you posted on your page. Click the "X" next to the offensive comment to mark it as spam. Click "Delete this comment" to remove the comment. Click the "Report" link to report the offensive content to Facebook, and then click "Ban" to prevent the user from posting on your page in the future.
Prevention
Step 1
Click the "Edit Page" drop-down from your page's administrative panel and select the "Manage Permissions" option.
Step 2
Block specific words or phrases by typing them into the Moderation Blocklist text box. Separate each entry with a comma. If a user posts content containing one of the blocked words or phrases, the post is automatically flagged as spam and won't be visible to the public until you review it.
Step 3
Click the "Profanity Blocklist" drop-down and select "Medium" or "Strong" to block varying levels of profanity. Click the "Save Changes" button when you are finished editing the "Moderation and Profanity Blocklists" section.
