When you use your iPhone 5 under the default settings, you scroll the multi-touch display by dragging or flicking a single finger across the screen. When the VoiceOver feature is activated, you can no longer scroll with a single finger; instead you must use three fingers. The VoiceOver option is an accessibility feature for people with vision impairments. With VoiceOver activated, the iPhone speaks the names of the icons as you move your finger over them. To activate an icon, you touch it once to select it. VoiceOver announces what you've touched and then you double-tap the icon to activate it.
