Comcast provides SAP, or Secondary Audio Programming, as an optional audio track for select television programs. SAP audio commonly consists of another language such as Spanish, weather information or Descriptive Video Service for the visually-impaired. To utilize SAP, the secondary track must be available for the programming, and you must activate the service through the settings menu for the set-top receiver box or DVR provided by Comcast. If you want to disable SAP after enabling it, you can do using the same menu options used to turn on the feature.
